Five facts that let us quote the same day
A quote depends on a handful of details. If your first message carries them, the reply carries a fixed fee instead of questions.
- Who will own the Rwandan businessYou personally, your existing company, or a chain of companies. For a company shareholder, name the country where it is registered.
- Where every shareholder and director livesResidence decides how documents are certified and which dividend withholding rate applies. Germany, for example, needs embassy legalisation; the UAE needs the full legalisation chain.
- What the company will do in RwandaTrading, services, manufacturing, holding or a regional office. The activity decides licences, the tax regime and whether an investment certificate pays off.
- Whether anyone will live in KigaliA resident director is required for a private company. If you plan to move, we plan the investor permit at the same time.
- Your timingA target month for trading, a contract start date or a tender deadline. We build the timeline backwards from it.
The single most useful line in a first message is the country of every shareholder. It tells us in advance which documents will take a week and which will take a month.

Is the first answer free?
Yes. The quote, with the recommended structure and the steps, costs nothing. Detailed tax or structuring advice beyond the quote is part of a paid engagement.
Can we talk in Russian?
Yes. Advice is available in English and Russian. Documents for Rwanda are prepared in English.
Do you have an office in Kigali?
No. Advice comes from Barcelona; filings in Rwanda go through licensed partners in Kigali, who act under our instructions.
What if Rwanda is the wrong country for my plan?

How do you treat my documents?
